This Raw to Ready engineers (R2Re) Training program is precisely designed for our clients in the Automotive &Manufacturing Sectors.
OQA provides industry-specific competency and skill-based development programs named Raw to Ready engineers (R2Re) to make young engineers ready for their functional roles and to have vertical skill start-ups.
We have state of the art training facilities with full-time SMEs to build people's capabilities with all latest updates of systems and processes, tools and techniques.
Recruitment Process,
We recruit Graduate students from Campus based on candidates meeting our recruitment criteria.
The selected students will be provided training and placement assistance in manufacturing industries & Automotive Industries.
Eligibility Criteria,
1. 60% In B.E, / B. Tech
2. 60% in Defined Online Aptitude Test
3. Good Communication
Training Process,
OQA R2Re program includes Class room Training and shop floor training session spanning 75 business days.
Classroom Training 25 Business Days
Shop floor Training @ Industries 50 to 55 Business Days
Certification Program Details,(Refer Attached brochures for Course Module details)
a. CQE Certified Quality Engineer
b. CPE Certified Production Engineer
c. CME Certified Maintenance Engineer
d. CEPI - Certified Engineer Product Inspection
Target Group,
Fresh Engineering Graduates From
Mechanical Engineering,
Automobile Engineering,
Manufacturing Engineering,
Production Engineering,
Electronics & Communication Engineering,
Electrical & Electronics Engineers
And working professionals from the mentioned background with less than 3 years of experience.
For the students, it creates a solid base and foundation that would ease the transition from college into the workplace.
