Job Description
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan for the store that expands compans customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up
- Achieve growth and hit stores sales targets.
- Present sales forecasts to the management team.
- Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our companys relationship with them.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.
- Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
- Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Provide daily reports to the Operations Head.
