    Manager Home Fashion Job Description:

     

    A Manager will create and nurture high performance sales teams, and lead them to generate hit revenue forecasts and meet customer needs.

     

    The person shall:

     

    • Design and implement a strategic sales plan for the store that expands compans customer base and ensure its strong presence.
    • Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up

        On work results.

    • Achieve growth and hit stores sales targets.
    • Present sales forecasts to the management team.
    • Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
    • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our companys relationship with them.
    • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.
    • Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
    • Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    • Provide daily reports to the Operations Head.
