Prior experience in leading chatbot development projects is a plus.

Ability to work independently

As a Kore.ai Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining chatbots and virtual assistants using the Kore.ai platform.

• Design, develop, and deploy chatbots and virtual assistants using the Kore.ai platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives.
• Customize and configure Kore.ai bots to meet specific business needs and integration requirements.
• Integrate chatbots with various third-party applications and systems using APIs.
• Implement natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning algorithms to enhance bot capabilities and for conversational AI.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Extensive knowledge of the Kore.ai platform and its features, including bot development, customization, and integration capabilities.
• Test and debug chatbots to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
• Monitor and maintain deployed chatbots, troubleshoot issues, and perform necessary updates and enhancements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in conversational AI and apply them to improve existing solutions.
