Node Js Developer @ Quinnox

Job Description

• Technical aspects
• 5+ years of experience in application development with Node.js and AWS
• Proficiency in core AWS services : ECS, Kinesis, Lambda, S3, SNS, SQS, API Gateway, VPC, CloudFront, CloudWatch, CLI
• 5+ years developing serverless microservices using AWS 
• Prior experience developing with JAVA, Spring Framework and Spring Boot - Nice to have
• Understands multithreading and queues and experience with message queues
• Experience with NoSQL databases DynamoDB or MongoDB
• Hands-on experience with CloudFormation or Terraform
• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues encountered in applications running on AWS infrastructure.
• Role / Responsibilities / soft skills
• Working experience in the dev/support projects following the Agile methodology
• Work experience with US based client in client facing abilities will be preferred
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving skills and team leading abilities
• Proactively identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to products, services, or processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Provide prompt and effective technical support to customers via various channels such as email or ticketing system
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, DevOps, and QA to resolve complex technical issues.
• Documenting technical design documents, troubleshooting steps, solutions, and best practices for internal and external knowledge sharing.
• Tools:
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline and Git repo
• Working experience on dev and support tools like Jira, Confluence, ServcieNow
