Role & responsibilities

• Develop beginner-friendly learning content, case studies, and practice scenarios for Worksoft Certify.
  
• Create storyboards, scripts, and step-by-step process documentation.
  
• Collaborate with instructional designers to convert technical content into structured learning modules.
  
• Provide real-world examples and use cases from automation projects involving SAP and Worksoft.
  
• Design assessments, quizzes, and practical assignments for learners.
  
• Conduct peer reviews of course content to ensure accuracy and industry alignment.
  
• Support the learning team with regular feedback, clarifications, and subject validations.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• 25 years of hands-on experience in Worksoft Certify for business process automation.
  
• Strong understanding of SAP systems and how automation is used in end-to-end process testing.
  
• Prior exposure to creating training material or mentoring junior team members.
  
• Knowledge of automation best practices, business process documentation, and test case structuring.
  
• Good communication skills to explain complex topics clearly.
