Desired Candidate Profile

Position: Delivery Manager US Engineering requirements

Preferably worked with Cyient ,Geometric and Quests Global

• Handling a team of 5 to 8 recruiters
• Interacting with client on daily bases.
• Keep a track of requirements distributed and get the output from the team on a timely basis.
• Have daily, weekly, monthly calls with the team to achieve given team targets
• Down the line also handle clients in term of account management & client interaction to achieve deadlines
• Validate profiles sent by team and forward to the client accordingly
• Follow ups with client in terms of interview schedules, selections and rejection (along with reason for rejection) & arrange backup profiles accordingly
• Excellent communication skills
• Ready to work in a pressure driven environment
