Job Description
Deputy Manager - Finance
Location - Andheri
Shift - 12pm to 9pm
3 days WFO & 2 days WFH
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the BPO or related industry.
Key Requirements:
- Accounts Receivable Expertise:
- In-depth understanding of end-to-end AR processes, including billing, collections, cash applications, and reconciliations.
- Sound knowledge of US and India accounting principles and practices.
- Project management skills
- Understanding of US accounting standards
- M&A experience (Good to have)
- ERP & Accounting Software Proficiency:
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion (Cloud ERP).
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting tools.
- Excel Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Communication & Coordination:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with clients and internal teams for dispute resolution, payment follow-ups, and account reconciliations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Additional Skills:
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Capable of working independently and managing priorities effectively.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
