Job Description
Netcore Cloud is looking for QA Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. Quality Assurance Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy and plan that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives. Quality Policies and Procedures : Establish and enforce quality assurance policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistent product or service quality. Quality Standards : Define and communicate quality standards and specifications for products or services, ensuring they meet or exceed customer expectations. Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations, standards, and certifications relevant to the organization's products or services. Quality Audits : Conduct internal quality audits and inspections to assess adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement. Quality Control : Implement quality control measures and processes to monitor and maintain product or service quality throughout the production or service delivery process. Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvement and work with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, reduce defects, and enhance efficiency. Root Cause Analysis : Investigate quality issues, defects, or customer complaints, and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence. Documentation : Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities, audit findings, and corrective actions taken. Training and Education : Develop and provide training programs for staff on quality assurance principles, procedures, and best practices.Job Classification
