Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

•  Design and execute comprehensive test plans for Experience Cloud

implementations, including site-wide configurations, branding, and navigation.

•  Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for solutions.
• Identify, log and track defects in JIRA.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product owners to ensure high-quality

deliverables.

•  Participate in UAT support and production validation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 to 8 years of  hands-on experience in experience cloud testing.
• Strong understanding of Experience Cloud (Builders, Workspaces, CMS, and Site

Templates).

• Proven experience in testing Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and

Aura components.  

• Proficiency in SOQL for data validation and verification. 

 Familiarity with API testing (Postman) is a plus

 Experience working in agile scrum environments

Preferred  Skills:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App

Builder, or Experience Cloud Consultant).

• Knowledge of the broader lead to order ecosystem and business processes.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
