Role: Key Account Manager

Level: Executive/Senior Executive

Reporting To: Manager - Corporate Channel

Location: Chennai/Hyderabad/Gurugram/Pune/Mumbai

About the role:

As a Key Account Manager, youll be part of the team that ensures enterprise clients succeed with MyBiz. Youll work closely with our Client Solution Experts to onboard clients, drive early adoption, and optimize engagement with the platform. This is a strategic, growth-focused role for those who want to build a career in SaaS account management, client consulting, and enterprise relationship management.


Skills you will bring to the table:

  • Support Client Solution Experts in onboarding and activating new enterprise clients.
  • Drive early-stage adoption and platform engagement within client organizations.
  • Conduct training sessions and assist clients in aligning platform use with their internal processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Develop a working understanding of enterprise operations and account success drivers.
  • Participate in client success initiatives across regions; travel or temporary relocation may be required.

Qualification & Experience

  • Masters degree from a reputed institute with 1- 4 years of experience in sales/Travel Trade/ Key Account Management/ Contracting/B2B Sales.
