Job Description
Job Type Fulltime
Shift: 8.30 AM EST to 4.30 PM EST
Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)
Experience: 3+ years
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential candidates based on requirements.
- Screen and Evaluate candidates.
- Negotiate Salary/bill rate with candidates.
- Coordinate interview/hiring activities.
- Post requirements on the job sites/boards.
- Upload resumes into Applicant Tracking System.
Required Skills:
- Experience in US Staffing IT positions.
- Must have experience in recruiting C2C / W2 candidates.
- Working with state clients.
- Must be able to identify fraudulent candidates.
- Good computer skills ?? MS Office, Email etc.
- Strong work ethic; hardworking and result driven.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Motivation to excel in the job.
- Work in US Shift.
