Job Title: Java Backend Developer - Senior Java Developer

Location: BangaloreExperience: 5+ Years

Education: B.E / B.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Work Mode: Hybrid

Direct Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust and scalable applications for critical regulatory functions
• Write high-quality, testable, and maintainable code using Java and related technologies
• Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions

Contributing Responsibilities:

• Propose and implement innovative technical solutions and best practices
• Lead Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and DevOps efforts
• Mentor and coach team members through knowledge-sharing sessions (e.g., brown bag sessions)
