Job Description
- Understand hiring requirements from various departments and build job descriptions accordingly.
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods including job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, databases, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for open roles.
- Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate the selection process.
- Maintain candidate database and track applicant status using an ATS or internal tools.
- Collaborate with HR for offer negotiations and onboarding formalities.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates for future hiring needs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports and share hiring status updates.
- Promote the company's employer brand through positive candidate experience and social engagement
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
