Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Integration Developer with 24 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining system integrations using modern middleware tools and APIs. You will work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and other developers to deliver scalable and secure integrations across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations using middleware platforms and APIs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and develop technical designs.
- Build and manage RESTful and SOAP web services for system connectivity.
- Ensure data consistency and accuracy across systems through reliable integration practices.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance integration performance and system reliability.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration workflows and configurations.
- Adhere to best practices for security, scalability, and high availability in development.
Essential Skills:
- 24 years of experience in integration development or software engineering roles.
- Hands-on proficiency in integration platforms like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Apache Camel, WSO2, or Informatica.
- Strong understanding of API development (REST, SOAP), messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and data formats (JSON, XML).
- Experience in scripting/programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle databases.
- Understanding of OAuth2.0, SAML, SSL/TLS, and other security protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team.
Desirable Skills (Good to Have):
- ServiceNow Integration Hub or Flow Designer experience.
- Exposure to ITSM/ITOM processes within ServiceNow.
- Certification in integration platforms or ServiceNow would be an added advantage.
