Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Reach out to prospects via phone to introduce our products/services.

Lead Qualification: Ask key questions to determine if a lead is interested and ready to move forward.

Appointment Scheduling: Set up calls or online meetings (Google Meet/Zoom) for sales managers.

Follow-Up: Call back leads who havent responded to previous outreach.

Client Handling: Build rapport with clients, address basic queries, and escalate complex issues to the Senior Manager.

Team Meetings: Join daily/weekly client meetings with the Senior Manager to review progress and next steps.

Target Achievement: Work toward and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

Database Management: Update CRM with call details, lead status, and next steps.

Feedback Sharing: Provide insights on common questions or objections from leads to help improve our scripts and offers.
