What does this role hold for you
- Cheerfully welcoming the client in the Salon and cater to the services the client is demanding through the salon staff.
- Ensuring service quality, customer satisfaction and hospitality.
- Preparing schedules for the salon staff.
- Addressing and resolving client complaints regarding salon services and employee behaviour.
- Processing client payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Ensuring Cleanliness and Hygiene as per set standards at all times in the salon.
- Creating and distributing marketing and promotional material to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Managing the sales funnel and hence converting the prospects into successful customers through sales and marketing efforts.
- Boosting Salon retail sales.
- Ensuring After Sales Relationship services.
- To be compliant with all the set standards and processes.
- Must be ready to go for training to company offices and outlets if and when needed.
Required Candidate Profile
- Any Graduate/MBA.
- Female (preferred).
- Experience: 0-2(min.) years
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team leadership ability.
- Positive attitude.
- Hospitable nature towards all clients is a must.
- Sales and Marketing Aptitude and skillset.
- Experience in sales and marketing will be an added advantage.
- Ability to understand the requirements of prospects/customers and decent aptitude to understand and pitch services/solutions to them.
- High levels of passion and ownership.
