Job Description:-

1. Team Handling Profile at leadership position.
2. First three to six months no sales targets and focusing on team building/fixing distribution tieups with dealers and distributors.
3. Company will provide 50% leads
4. Generating leads into life insurance.
5. Company Branch Managers(Seniors) and Training Managers will help in joint calls
6. If you stay in one company for more than 2.6 or 3years you will receive offers for Branch Manager Designation.
