Job Description
Handle administrative duties and support HR projects as needed. JD
- Assist in recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings for roles such as engineers, technicians, and line workers.
- Help maintain employee records and databases related to shift planning, training certifications, and compliance tracking.
- Support onboarding
- Handle administrative duties and support HR projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with MS Office and basic HR software/tools is a plus.
Qualification - BBA/MBA
Location - North Kalamassery, Ernakulam
The internship period can be extedend from 3 months to 1 year.
Stipend can be provided as per company standards.
