Job Description

Job Title: ServiceNow Tech Lead- SPM

Technical & Functional Experience:

Soft Skills

Note: as part of the selection process the candidate will be asked to undergo a technical assessment.

Good knowledge of CSDM
Excellent product roadmap awareness
Excellent knowledge of Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer
Experience of integrations with 3rd party tools (scripted APIs and Integration Hub)
Excellent knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and its core features (main applications, shared capabilities, CMDB).
Portal management and customization
Excellent knowledge of SPM, Service Catalog definition and setup with practical experiences (with practical experiences) : PPM + Project Management + Demand management, OKR (EAP is a plus)
8+ years Hands-on ServiceNow with 3+ years SPM.
Designing and prototyping skills, transforming ideas into solutions leveraging SN product capabilities
Knowledge of Sales processes
Knowledge of Ordering and SPM processes
