About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Senior QA Analyst with strong automation experience in Selenium with C#. This role requires a self-starter who can quickly grasp complex systems and contribute to automation strategy and execution from day one. As a key member of our QA team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement automated test frameworks and scripts using Selenium + C#.
- Quickly understand system architecture and start contributing to assigned tasks independently.
- Deliver fast and efficient automation solutions and present complete outcomes.
- Integrate and adapt to existing automation frameworks, offering suggestions for improvements.
- Work with NUnit, POM (Page Object Model) design, and Extent Reports.
- Develop scalable frameworks that manage test script creation, test data, and reporting.
- Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams developers, BAs, and manual testers to define requirements and testing strategies.
- Lead end-to-end automation efforts across features and platforms.
- Conduct quick POCs to solve technical automation challenges.
- Troubleshoot and provide quick resolutions for technical blockers in automation.
- Mentor and guide junior QA team members on automation best practices.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality and maintainable test code.
- Work closely with CI/CD teams to integrate automation in deployment workflows.
- Document testing strategies, methodologies, and outcomes for internal reference.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of QA experience with at least 3 years in test automation using Selenium + C#.
- Solid understanding of NUnit framework, test design patterns, and automation architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Extent Reports and integration with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead QA automation projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
