Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Engineering Diploma or Degree holder to take on the role of Site Supervisor for our modular construction projects across India. The responsibilities include supervising construction sites, managing daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating with contractors and other stakeholders, and troubleshooting on-site problems. The Site Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining project documentation, conducting quality control checks, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Qualifications Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills Experience in Water Resource Management and Project Management Excellent Communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and the ability to work independently Proficiency in relevant software and tools Previous experience in site supervision or related field is a plus Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field,
