Job Description

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Coding.
Assign diagnosis and procedure codes for the patient charts.
Ensure 95% quality on production.
Adherence to the companys Coding Compliance policy/plan internal and External (clients)
To improve the performance based on the feedback provided by the reporting manager

ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Life science graduate with an average comprehension skill

COMPLIANCE

Awareness and adherence to all applicable organization wide policies and procedures, including but not limited to Information security, HIPAA and HR policies.

COMPETENCIES, SKILLS, AND OTHER REQUISITES

Sound analytical skills
Logical thinking
Attention to detail.
Average written and spoken English skills

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS - Competitive remuneration + annual performance-based bonus + standard industry benefits. Relocation package, per company policy will apply for candidates outside the office base city.
