We are urgently looking for Sr. Team Lead/Project Leader @ Saarathi healthcare.

- Candidate must be good with client & team handeling.

- Ability to perform well in pressure, go-getter, understand's the SOP set by client.

- Performs various activities like resolving queries, patient related issues on call, manages distribution channel well for easy delivery of medicine if any.

-Prior healthcare experience will be plus.

- Excellent in Excel to prepare numerous ontime reports to share with clients.

- Capable to handle project audit & face the auditor.

- Should be able to hold the team together.

- Preferred candidate from healthcare or Bpo background.

- Smart, young & enthusiastic to understand & learn new things.

- Good communication.

- Preferred immediate joiner or 15 days max.

- candidate must be from central line or from harbor line (western line candidates are not eligible)

- Graduation is Must
