Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Executive to join our team in Sector 14. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide top-notch customer service.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage the front office, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and clients.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-ins professionally and courteously.
  • Provide information about company services and products to potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of visitor interactions and transactions.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Front Office Executive or similar role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
