Job Description
SUMMARYKey Responsibilities:
Sales Planning:
- Evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to identify potential business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key corporate clients.
- Conduct regular client meetings to comprehend their insurance needs and offer customized solutions.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to devise effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Product Scope:
- Manage a comprehensive range of General Insurance products including Corporate, Fire, Marine, Motor, Liability, and Engineering Insurance, among others.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is required; a masters degree is preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in corporate sales within the insurance industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Profound knowledge of insurance products and services.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
