I am Nirmal from the Non it Vertical of Masadir HR Services, an International Recruitment Firm.

We have been retained by a professionally managed organisation to recruit Senior Manager HR for them. The job location is Hosur.

Kindly find below the job description:

Expert on labour laws and compliance
Should have handled Factory operations at a Unit level and at a National level
Should have experience in managing contract labour
Very good in Cost management and analytics
Should be well versed with automation and new HR practices in Manufacturing Plants.
Execution of Corporate HR plan - PMS, L&D, Action planning & execution of employee engagement
Budgeting, Administration and facilities management of Manufacturing Units, Guest houses, Security, Canteen,Guest-house, Travel (incl. stay)
