Manager / Sr. Manager- Virtual Relationship Management & Partnerships @ IIFL Finance

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Lead & Manage a team of VRMs handling, onboarding, training & relationship management of Insurance Advisors
• Build a high performing virtual sales & engagement culture across the team
• Set clear targets for recruitment, activation & retention of partners
• Drive Engagement & Productivity of VRMs through regular trainings, product briefings & Incentive Planning.
• Ensure Timely resolution of Partner queries related to commission, platform usage, Policy Issuance, etc
• Monitor Daily/Month business performance across the vertical Analyze productivity & identify gaps or drop offs in partner life cycle
• identify & Acquire high potential partnerships Manage onboarding & engagement of acquired partners, ensuring revenue delivery & retention .
• Track partner performance, resolve operational bottlenecks & drive strategic account grown
• Implement & monitor internal SOPs for

onboarding, verification & code activation Liaise with Insurer partners for training, product updates & escalations .

Collaborate with Tech & Product teams to improve VRM tools & Dashboards

Preferred candidate profile :

- Proven experience in managing large scale tele sales/VRM setup, preferably in Health Insurance sector

- Sound understanding of Agency / POSP model

- Should have worked for 8-10 yrs in Insurance

- Industry (Preferably Health Insurance)
