Responsibilities:
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers you will be responsible for working closely with Sales and Customer Service managers to understand team dynamics, staffing needs, and hiring priorities.
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks; maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct interviews to assess qualifications, values alignment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Recruit top-performing Sales professionals and Customer Service reps, evaluating them on KPIs, customer-focus, and revenue impact.
- Enhance employer branding via social media and promote company culture to attract top talent.
- Ensure clear communication with candidates and provide feedback.
- Track and report recruitment metrics to optimize processes.
- Minimum 5+ years of US Recruitment experience required.
