We at HCL Tech are looking for candidates for the job role of "Test Lead".
Technical Skills required:
- Strong experience in Functional and Automation testing.
- Hands on Automation experience is a must in Selenium, .NET/C# , BDD/Cucumber.
- Lead and manage QA projects from scratch, ensuring effective planning, execution, and delivery.
- Create, maintain, and execute test cases and test data for functional, UI/UX, and smoke testing.
- Maintain strong communication and client relationship management to understand their needs and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Demonstrate expertise in automation, particularly with tools such as Selenium, to develop efficient and effective testing strategies.
- Be well-versed in all testing techniques and methodologies, applying them to ensure the highest quality of our products.
- Engage in hands-on testing activities in addition to overseeing the QA team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Actively participate in the requirement analysis stage, contributing valuable insights and suggestions to enhance product quality.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in sprint planning, scrum meetings, and retrospectives, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals.
- Always prioritize the quality of the product, implementing best practices and innovative solutions to maintain high standards.
Job Type: Full-time and permanent.
Job Location: PAN India (Noida, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Pune).
Notice period: immediate to 30 days only.
Shift Timings: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Work mode: On-site role with 5 days of working.
