Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes for diagnoses, procedures, and services
  
• Analyze and review patient medical records and physician documentation
  
• Ensure claims comply with UAE medical insurance standards (DHA/DOH/MOH)
  
• Manage claim submissions, rejections, and resubmissions
  
• Coordinate with physicians and billing teams for clarification and compliance
  
• Participate in audits and ensure adherence to coding quality and accuracy
  
• Stay updated with international and local coding guidelines and payer policies
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, or Allied Health
  
• 25 years of experience in medical coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS)
  
• Knowledge of UAE insurance coding standards (DHA/DOH/MOH) preferred
  
• CPC / CCS certification is an added advantage
  
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and good communication skills
  
• Immediate joiners preferred.
