Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and conduct the onboarding process for new employees
Prepare and collect employment documents, contracts, and forms
Schedule orientation sessions and ensure completion of training modules
Assist new hires with queries related to company policies and procedures
Collaborate with other departments to set up workstations and accounts for new joiners
Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems
Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations
