Job Description

Principal responsibilities

• Day to day oversight and guidance of the Global Procurement Data Architecture
• Communicate the value of Data Architecture
• Support line the Global Function as a subject matter experts as we build out the Global Procurement data model
• Support tactical implementations with relevant expertise and insight around Global Procurement data
• Act as a broker between relevant stakeholders to connect people from across the organisation
• Support the development and implementation of architecture strategy and standards pertinent to the domain
• Adopt new practices, processes, operating model, techniques, products, services, technologies and standards where needed against identified use cases, via the appropriate governance bodies
• Act as the recognised data expert associated with the relevant domain
• Accountable design authority for data decisions and leadership of the appropriate governance bodies
• Stay abreast of technology trends and advise Data Architecture and the business about potential benefits/impacts

Leadership & Teamwork

• Overall responsibility for supervising a department or a business unit/area team or manages delivery for most complex assignments.
• Motivates matrix groups of peer stakeholders
• Drives success and delivery from the Global Procurement Architecture team
• Thought leadership on how the Global Procurement data architecture can solve business issues
