Job Description Senior Data Scientist
Research & develop Machine Learning models file processing, data processing, analysis & calculation
Suggest, collect and synthesize requirements and create effective features.
Apply research methodologies to identify the Machine Learning models for the problem at hand.
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Computer Vision, with hands-on experience on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
- 5-7 years of overall experience in designing, implementing, and deploying end-to-end ML solutions, leveraging models such as language models, vision models, regression, etc.
- 1+ years of experience in Generative AI (GenAI), including model evaluation, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
- Proven track record in designing, developing, and deploying GenAI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), agent frameworks, and modern orchestration patterns.
- Experience working with LLM APIs and frameworks such as OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Mistral, Cohere, or AWS Bedrock models (Claude, Titan, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures including embedding generation, vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, OpenSearch), and context injection for LLMs.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native AI/ML services such as AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, Comprehend, Rekognition, Azure ML Studio, or Google Vertex AI.
- Familiarity with agentic design patterns and building autonomous or task-driven AI agents.
- Proficiency in processing and analyzing structured and unstructured data, including PDFs, images, and CSV files.
- Deep understanding of prompt engineering techniques such as Zero-Shot, Few-Shot, Self-Consistency, and Chain-of-Thought prompting.
- Strong foundation in statistical analysis, mathematical modelling, and anomaly detection.
- Advanced programming skills in Python, with hands-on experience using scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Spark MLlib, and related ML libraries.
- Skilled in developing, debugging, and optimizing ML pipelines and production-grade codebases.
Leadership Capabilities:
- Define and drive ML vision aligned with business objectives, ensuring balance between innovation and practical delivery.
- Mentor and develop team members across varying experience levels, fostering continuous learning and growth.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex ML concepts into actionable insights.
- Establish robust MLOps practices, ensuring reproducibility, quality, and efficiency across model development and deployment.
- Demonstrate strong emotional intelligence, fostering collaboration, motivation, and a positive team culture that encourages ownership and innovation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with relational and NoSQL/Graph databases
- Unsupervised & Deep Learning Experience
- Experience in applying Machine Learning techniques
- Ability and willingness to multi-task and learn new technologies quickly
Note: Working mode - Work from office (Monday-Friday)
