Our Client offer customizedcontentservices for clients across domains ranging from media, IT, ITeS to e-commerce, lifestyle, and much more LocationDelhi-Nehru PlaceEssential Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesAs Senior Designer, your core responsibilities will include:

Offer creative solutions for optimizing current site templates

Create and redesign modules and new page templates

Provide creative feedback on imagery including product assets and banners

Maintain and improve the overall site experience through site optimization and providing comps and suggestions for usability testing

Process assets (scan, crop, resize, reformat, color-correct, or otherwise manipulate) as needed under the direction of Project Manager, Art Director, and Creative Services Manager

Leverage marketing campaign creative to produce custom artwork

Ongoing maintenance of team style guide and other production documents

Take ownership of projects, working with content, merchandising, category and design teams to complete work requests

Train and assist other designers on the team, ensure brand guidelines are being followed

Candidate Profile

Minimum of 6-8 years of related experience required (3 years e-commerce experience)

Strong Adobe CS skills

Solid understanding of design principles in layout, typography, color and image optimization

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to quality check own work

Proactive problem solving skills

Self-starter with strong desire to learn all areas of visual and interactive design

Comfortable working in a fast-paced constantly changing environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
