Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and experienced Regional Jewellery Designer to develop jewellery collections aligned with regional tastes, cultural preferences, and market trends. The role involves close collaboration with merchandising, production, and sales teams to deliver commercially successful designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design jewellery collections based on regional customer preferences and market demand
  
• Develop concepts, sketches, and detailed design specifications for gold/diamond/colored stone jewellery
  
• Research regional trends, festivals, cultural motifs, and customer buying patterns
  
• Coordinate with CAD designers, artisans, and production teams for design execution
  
• Ensure designs are cost-effective and feasible for manufacturing
  
• Work closely with merchandising and sales teams to support new launches
  
• Modify and refine designs based on feedback from internal teams and customers
  
• Maintain design documentation, sample tracking, and collection archives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Jewellery Design or equivalent
  
• Strong knowledge of regional jewellery styles and craftsmanship
  
• Experience in gold and diamond jewellery design
  
• Proficiency in design tools (hand sketching, CAD knowledge preferred)
  
• Understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes
  
• Good sense of aesthetics, detailing, and commercial viability
  
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple collections
