5+ years experience administering Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) or similar marketing automation platforms 5+ years experience of Marketing Cloud components including Automations, Journeys, and Data Extensions Knowledge of Marketing Cloud integrations with other systems Experience supporting multiple business units with varying requirements Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills for working directly with customers Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests effectively Experience with user management and permission structures
