Develop ALs through Coaching, Training, Team Management Support etc.
Recruitment of new agents through Agency Leaders
Work with the ALs to drive recruitment of new agents.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any graduates with minimum 1 4 years of Life Insurance Agencychannel experience
Sales Experience in Insurance, Banking or in Finance is preferable.
Team handling experience is not mandatory
