Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Preferred from theAviation or hotel industry. - Greet and assist guests upon arrival with a welcoming attitude
- Handle front desk operations, including check-in/check-out and managing reservations
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk areaRequirements:
- Proven experience in front desk or guest relations preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and basic front office systems
- Presentable appearance and a customer-first mindset
