Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed), social media platforms, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
Organize and facilitate interview processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Assist in negotiating employment offers and preparing employment contracts
Maintain candidate databases and keep accurate records of candidate interactions
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
