Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled Trading Strategy Developer with a strong background in coding and technical problem-solving. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Pine Script (TradingViews scripting language) and capable of developing, testing, and optimizing algorithmic trading strategies but a person who is good with coding and is willing to learn PineScript will do as well. In addition to trading strategy development, the candidate will handle various other tech-related tasks, with a focus on coding and automation. Key Responsibilities: Design, code, and maintain algorithmic trading strategies using Pine Script on TradingView. Convert trading ideas into backtestable and executable scripts. Debug and optimize existing Pine Script code for performance and accuracy. Collaborate with traders or analysts to implement and test new strategy ideas. Maintain proper documentation for scripts and coding workflows. Assist with other coding-related tasks including automation, scripting, and technical troubleshooting. Stay up to date with TradingView and Pine Script updates and features. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong proficiency in Pine Script and TradingView platform. Solid programming fundamentals (preferably experience with Python, JavaScript, or similar languages). Understanding of trading concepts, technical indicators, and market data. Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Experience with backtesting, debugging, and performance optimization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Preferred Qualifications (Not Required): Experience with financial APIs, data scraping, or cloud automation tools. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Background in quantitative finance or algorithmic trading.
