Trainer @ Justdial

Job Description

Deliver In-person & Virtual Training sessions for new hires & Existing staffs.

Ensure successful execution of training needs

Responsible for providing guidance, mentoring & support performance improvement of the candidate.

Send reports to Operations team on the progress of activities

Conduct refresher trainings based on TNI

Make sure Training goals is align with corporate objectives

What we are looking for :

Strong written and verbal communication skill (English & Tamil & Malayalam)

Client Handling Skills

Experience in any product/process/up-skilling training

1 - 3 years of experience in Training

Should be good with MS office

Good Presentation skills are required

Ready to travel across location as and when required for training

Ability to handle huge crowd of participants (online /classroom)

Bachelors degree in any stream

Ability to Conduct trainings on various Online platforms such as on Zoom/google meet/Jiomeet etc.
