Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for Apple hardware including MacBooks and iPads.
Manage Apple software configurations and deployments using tools like Apple School Manager, Apple Business Manager, and MDM platforms (e.g., Jamf, Kandji, Mosyle).
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to macOS, iOS, and Apple applications.
Maintain device inventory, perform updates, and manage hardware replacements or repairs.
Support new device setups, provisioning, and user onboarding for Apple devices.
Ensure all Apple devices comply with company security policies and procedures.
