Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through effective communication skills.
  • Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software (if required).
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-1 year of experience in BPO voice process or similar industry.
  • Fresher can also apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi speaking language.
  • Strong computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Fluent English language skills for clear understanding of customer queries.

Technical/System Requirements for Work From Home


  • System: Core i5 7th Gen or above, 8GB RAM
  • Camera: Mandatory
  • Internet Speed: Minimum 20 Mbps
  • Headset: Compatible USB headset with noise cancellation Suggested Brand: Big Passport (available online at reasonable prices)
  • UPS: Mandatory
  • EDR Installation: Mandatory
  • System check Report through SHL
