Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Inside Sales Head to lead our Inside Sales team. This leader will play a key role in driving sales growth in our core areas mobile app development and digital transformation solutions. As the Senior Inside Sales Head, you will be responsible for developing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong experience in IT services sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the sales cycle in the digital and mobile technology industry.
What you ll do
  • Develop and implement robust sales strategies focused on lead generation and demand generation to achieve revenue goals in mobile app development and digital transformation services.
  • Design and drive lead generation and demand generation campaigns to build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects. Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and align on goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives, focusing on best practices for lead nurturing, pipeline management, and demand generation strategies.
  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients, cross- selling, and upselling within existing accounts, leveraging effective demand generation techniques.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline; track and analyze lead conversion rates, optimizing strategies to enhance efficiency and Impact
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target accounts.
  • Conduct accurate sales forecasting and present performance reports to senior management, with a focus on lead generation metrics and demand generation ROI.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to refine sales and lead generation strategies, maintaining a competitive edge.
What you ll need
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years in inside sales, with 3-5 years in a leadership role.
