Job Description
Role: HR Trainee
Location: Mumbai
Job Purpose
- We are looking for HR Trainee to work with us on a contractual role for 1 year.
- Majorly to support us with hiring and HR ops. This program is paid program.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
- Sourcing through job portals.
- Screening resumes.
- Aligning interviews with respective Hiring managers.
- Scheduling calls with the stakeholders.
- Assisting the team for HR operations related work.
- Assist in Campus hiring.
- Cross functional co-ordination.
- Designing creatives for HR initiatives using Canva/similar tools.
- Supporting Employee Engagement activities.
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience:
- Quick learner.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to execute tasks on time
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
Essential: Graduation
Desired: full time post - graduation in business management/MBA
Note:
- This role is a contractual for 1 year.
- Freshers can also apply.
- This program is under NAPS, certificate for the same will be provided upon completion of a year.
