Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Ventury IN located in Kolkata. The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations, managing the assembly technician team, and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of production processes. The role involves process engineering, engineering management, and industrial engineering. Qualifications . Experience in Manufacturing Engineering and Industrial Engineering Knowledge of Process Engineering and Engineering Management Strong understanding of Manufacturing Operations Excellent leadership and team management skills Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities Strong organizational and planning skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred) Experience in contract manufacturing is a plus
