Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

The Contractor Associate are like free electrons, mapped to a geography (2/3 Territory per

CA) and not to any particular dealer. Their primary objective would be Enrolment, Activation

and Support.

1. Enrolment: The Contractor Associate needs to enroll the painters and contractors in the

Sparkle Loyalty Program from the universe (excluding manned dealer).

2. Activation: The Contractor Associate needs to visit these painters and contractors in the

market on a regular basis to ensure they earn a minimum loyalty point in a quarter to

keep them active in the system.

3. Meets: Painter/Contractor meetings along with the Sales team
