Role: Closure Specialist - Real Estate Sales & Marketing Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead qualification to contract closure, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
- Engage with prospective buyers and sellers, understanding their needs and guiding them through the sales journey with professionalism and expertise.
- Conduct property tours and presentations, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each listing.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales contracts, leveraging market knowledge and strategic thinking to achieve favorable outcomes for both parties.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate property inspections, appraisals, and other necessary procedures.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform pricing strategies and sales tactics.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transaction details in CRM systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in real estate sales or related roles, with a strong track record of successful closures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-making.
- Knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Customer-focused mindset and dedication to delivering exceptional service.
- Real estate license or certification (if required by local regulations).
