Job Description

Please note this will be on Third Party Payroll

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
Assist in offer generation, joining formalities, and HR generalist activities as needed.
Coordinate interviews, schedule candidates, and ensure timely communication with applicants.
Provide support to the team by handling various HR tasks such as employee data management, benefits administration, and compliance reporting.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve any HR-related issues or concerns.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-1 year of experience in an HR role or related field (freshers welcome).
Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and procedures.
Excellent communication skills for effective interview coordination and candidate engagement.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) for administrative tasks.
