Job Description

Synechron is looking to hire a Technologist s who are passionate about Development. The successful candidate will be reporting into the Manager/Head of Development.

Experience (Total & Relevant) : 6 to 10 years

Education Qualifications : Any Graduate or Post Graduate

Languages : English

Key Responsibilities :

Design and develop reliable quantitative software systems.
Produce high quality maintainable code.
Collaborate with other team members through peer programming and code reviews.
Understand fixed income business logic, a bigger picture and core ideas behind the developed software.
Contribute to the overall system design.
Advocate toward best engineering practices.
Follow Agile methodology and its ceremonies.

You are - Self Starter, Team Player, Result Oriented, Multitasker, Strong Decision Maker, Passionate, Enthusiastic and Self Driven.

Technical Requirement :

* 6+ years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering

* Expert knowledge on JMeter and LoadRunner

* Experience in writing performance test plans.

* Experience in Performance test script development and test execution.

* Experience in Unix/Linux Environment.

* Knowledge of Technology Tooling: Monitoring and APM tools including Splunk, AppD, etc. is desired.

* Ability to Performance Scripting, Execution, Analysis, Tuning on Client Side and Server Side

* Experience working with varied technologies like .NET, Angular, WPF, Mainframe, Flex etc., performance analysis at different layers such as JAVA, UI and DB tuning and troubleshooting.

* Experience working on Agile/DevOps

* Excellent communication skills and individual player.

* Server monitoring (DB & across tiers) and results analysis.
